Agoo Reviews is an open review platform for businesses and services, from banks and mobile money points to clinics, schools, shops, guest houses and chop bars. Every review says how it was checked, and money never changes a score, the order of reviews or a place in search.
For readers
Search by name, category or town. Each place shows its score with how it was worked out, the spread of stars, how its reviews were checked and how often the business replies.
How the score works
Every place starts from the same point, so one five-star review can't make a 5.0 and one bad day can't sink it. Newer reviews count for more, old ones stop counting after two years, and a score shows from three reviews.
On the phone
Sign in with a code by text or email, with no password. Anyone with a confirmed account can review any business, and the Agoo Reviews apps for iPhone and Android carry the same pages, natively.
For businesses
A business claims its page, replies to reviews and invites every customer to write one, with no choosing. Organisations on Agoo manage their page from the Console, beside the feedback their visitors already leave.
Money never changes a score, the order of reviews or a place in search.
